World Professional Chuckwagon Races - POSTPONED
World Professional Chuckwagon will be held at the Drumheller Stampede Grounds. A picturesque view of the valley as well as great professional chuckwagon races for your entertainment. Come and enjoy. Tickets available at various outlets in Drumheller. Bring your Dad out for a great Fathers Day event.

July 1 Festivities
The day starts with a two hour parade, many activities offered throughout the day for all. A great day to enjoy a family outing. Most activities offered are free. Downtown Drumheller, party on center street, live band. Celebration of the 100th Anniversary of Coal Mining in the Drumheller Valley.
Passion Play July 15, 16, 17, 22, 23, 24, 2011
This is a unique play because of the setting in the hills of Drumheller. The acoustics of the hills provide an outstanding dynamic for the performance. The outdoor amphitheatre can seat 2500 persons at one time. A must for the whole family to enjoy. While at the Passion Play visit the Jerusalem wall and Interpretive Center on the site. Tickets available by calling the Passion Play office.
Times for performances: July 15, 16, 22 6:00pm. July 17, 23, 24 3:00pm.
Motorcycle Madness
Come visit Drumheller the first week of July when all types of motorcycles come to the valley to enter spinout contests and poker rally. Watch for more information.
Demolition Derby
Come catch the entertainment of the car and truck demolition. Great view from the stands of smashing, grinding and total fun. If you have an old vehicle that you would like to enter just give the Drumheller Stampede and Ag Society a call. They would be pleased to help you. Event is held August 13, 2011.
Chamber of Commerce Celebrity Golf Tournament
Come and golf on the great 18 holes in the Drumheller Valley. Back 9 holes is a challenge for the most avid golfer. Golf with many different celebrities. A great time for all.
September 2011 - Alberta Outlaw Modified Dirt Track Racing - dates to be announced
September 11, 2011 - Dinosaur Valley Half Marathon - Preregister. Challenge yourself to a run in the Badlands of Drumheller. Prizes given out.
October 23, 30 - Atlas Coal Mine Big Boo - 7 pm to 9 pm. Come to East Coulee and enjoy the fun of Halloween.
October 24, 30 - Atlas Coal Mine Litte Boo - 2pm to 4pm. Bring the little ghosts and goblins to enjoy Halloween in East Coulee.
October 31, 2011 - Downtown Drumheller Halloween 4 pm to 6 pm. Bring the children downtown to enjoy the fun of Halloween. Treats available at most of the businesses downtown. A safe and fun evening.

Cats and small dogs are charged $25 per day each. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for any extra cleaning and disturbance that they may cause to other patrons in the hotel. An additional $200 deposit may be charged at the discretion of the management Pets may not be left unattended while in the room. Leaving a pet alone in a room can result in the cancellation of the room without any refunds. Larger or multiple dogs may be charged a higher daily rate and a higher deposit. Please inquire prior to booking. All pets must be in carriers while in rooms. Rooms with unregistered pets will be charged a minimum $250 for extra cleaning. Vaccinations and vet records should accompany animals and they MUST be flea free. |
